Terms and Conditions

• It is always advisable to book as early as possible
• All package prices include administration fees and transaction fees
• Please make sure you have a valid passports with a minimum of 6-months remaining
• Make sure your visa requirements are met
• All bookings must be accompanied by a required deposit or full payments
• A confirmation of booking will be sent to you once we receive all necessary documents

Additional Information

• All prices are subjected to rate exchange fluctuation
• Availability can change at anytime and is not guaranteed. This might be due to the flights and hotels, but an alternative hotel may be offered if necessary
• All our rates are based on 2-People sharing, and an extra cost might be charged if you choose not to share
• We take extra measures for security of our travelers
• It is in your best interest to book and pay to avoid cancelation of the trip you are looking forward to
• The full-amount of all packages must be paid in full 3-Months before the departure
• Refunds will be reimbursed if the hotel and the flights agree to it, and a cancelation fee will be charged

VISA

• A Valid Visa is required by South African Passport Holders
• Please make sure that you have all the necessary documents to travel
• Make sure all visa requirements have been met for the country you travelling to
• UCAN Travel and Tours SA agents are willing to advise you about visa suppliers who might be of help
• UCAN Travel and Tours SA doesn’t offer or pay for visa applications
